I don't know, did Trump blame the deaths on a youtube video? Did the US Ambassador to Niger die? Do you mean that it won't amount to anything? Did Trump unilaterally decide to bomb Niger without any congressional support in order to destabilize it to allow Al Quada (in this case Boko Haram) to take over as BO did with Libya?
